How long are gift vouchers valid for?

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Can I schedule the voucher delivery?

Absolutely! You can choose to send the voucher immediately or schedule it for a specific date – perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. (If you can't find your voucher please check your spam. It may arrive anytime on the date selected.)

What if I can't use the full amount?

Any remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be used for future workshops, classes, or in our shop.

Do you get a physical voucher?

Vouchers are delivered digitally via email to your chosen address. Please phone or email to purchase a physical voucher.

Can vouchers be refunded?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. 

Do they still pay a workshop deposit?

On booking a workshop we usually take a £5 deposit. Please be aware that this may not be necessary if you have a voucher. Please let us know if you have a voucher upon booking.
